Return and Refund Policy

We don’t have return and refund policy as it is custom made designs.

It is good to know we do no stock any products. Upon confirmation from the customer about the size and color we are manufacturing every products as per the mentioned requirements. Hence each product is customer designed  for their babies. So return is only possible for damaged or misplaced orders. We are afraid to let you know that we cannot take back the dress and issue a refund because of the above mentioned details.

Products are dispatched within 8-14 working days based on the detailing and customizations order from the date of order placed. Return is available for misplaced or damaged goods. If replacement is accepted it will completed in 7 to 10 business days.

It will be a challenging job for you to find any faults or damages in our products as we are emphasizing more efforts into Quality and Service.
